The Material Limit of Chemical Substance
Main Article Content
Abstract
As we know it today, chemistry is a system of scientific practices, experimental, stabilized and taught in the same way in most countries. Chemistry is inheritor of several trades which objective is to transform and create new substances. The material limit of the chemical substance is being discussed here, exemplified by carbon, particularly from the C60 diffraction experiment. Such arguments are intended to clarify the concept of chemical substance and its relevance in the current philosophical discussion.
